With backgrounds set and an end date less than a month away, I can't afford to dally. For a week I tried using ToonBoom in the hopes I could learn the program for my client project. However whilst somewhat good, it does not suit the use of a small surface pro, especially with the awkward way to zoom in for details...

So I went back to Clip studio and began again. Although I was still shaky in drawing smooth animation, I am happy to see my line work is mostly consistent and the style looks good. The Audio is roughly 28 seconds long, so absolutely possible for me to reach with neater animation despite the deadline coming closer and closer. I did hit some snags upon where I draw things on the wrong layers and had to begin again, as well as animating a section, and deleting it afterwards, finding it moving too fast or too slowly (the tears falling in 'an actor' scene, and the leaflets falling down on London from the airship).
